Seems people were a little off their game yesterday.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7Kf_VVOzls
went live and no one started a thread about it.

I'm curious as to what people think of the Xindus.

Thanks for this - the little video rotate is nice to get an idea of the ship too!

The crew looks like one of the most useful cards there, especially as he isn't a discard, but "just" burns your TL

Now we start jumping up and down for the grand prize cards!!!!

I'm going to try to incorporate more of these. They help everyone have a better idea of what the ship looks like if you were holding it.

Absolutely agree. Not a perfect card by any means, but one that's reasonably priced.

Not too much longer to wait. It's in editing as I write this.

Re: Temporal Cold War OP3 Preview is out
I love that the Xindi have their ranges covered with just three ships. This one fits snuggly into the middle quite well, I think. It's just a shame they have it that ability without a rear arc. I know you can get it done with dirty but not in faction.

They stole my Enterprise-C customs for that Captain! Nice to see that idea make it into the game though. Can't really remember the character though so don't know if it's thematic or not.

The talent is alright. Too expensive for what it does but maybe as a free talent. Too many 5 point discard talents.

I like Damron. Especially in a heavy upgrade meta. He's nothing game breaking but he has the potential to be pretty useful.

Not too fussed with Sensor Encoders. I guess it works a little bit with the captain but otherwise, meh.

Nice pack. Nothing amazing but not terrible.

If the captain isn't an action, activates sooner, and stays close to friendly ships, what makes Kor6 better? This guy seems less restrictive to use and potentially tougher to take out.

Kolo only works for 1 attack per round. Kor works for all and gives you +2 defense dice each time.

The Captain would go really nicely with Ibix Dynasty actually. Especially with 3 point torps.

I would think he would work multiple times from his wording. "When a friendly ship is defending". Could probably do with being clarified though.

I think that is a multi pronged issue.

1) We are a small community and even among ST fans Enterprise is the least liked series.

2) A lot of venues are behind due to the fact that the blind packs didn't come out until the end of October. I know my venues are all over the place, one is at TCW 2 because we played the first without the blinds, another is going to have TCW1 at the end of the month, and one is only up to Balance of Terror at the end of the month. People are going to be less enthusiastic if they won't be seeing it for a while.

3)There is a lot of competition in the gaming world right now. X-Wing and Kings of War have been booming in my area.

4)There have been a couple of lack luster releases the past few months that have killed a lot of folks enthusiasm.

5)Try puttting "Star Trek Attack Wing" in you title on youtube. I know I don't search for just your videos, I just look up Star trek attack wing. So I bet people miss your videos because they don't show up in their search.

Not being an Enterprise fan, they are both meh to me. However they are what I like to see in a prize pack, stuff that is nice to have but otherwise not game breaking.

On a side note I'm not sure why you are so excited over the 3 point 4 attack torpedoes. Both Klingons and Feds have had 3 point 4 die torps since the begining. Is it the Time Token aspect or the points? The extra die given to the Xindi version is arguably worse than the BS conversion on the Fed/Klingon torps.

Also not that the Xindi torps CANNOT be fired from a rear arc, the weapon card does not have the extra text for the rear arc. So even if the Xindus did have a rear arc it can't use these torpedoes with it

People had no problem finding Teri's video without Star Trek Attack Wing in the title. It's pretty easy to subscribe to The Shipyard and check every once in awhile for new videos.

That's not due to a lack of respect, it's quite the opposite - I think most people around here wait for you to post the thread, so that we don't feel like we're taking credit for your big news.

Well thanks. Typically if it's more than about 4 hours past the time the video goes live, life has taken hold, or I've gone to sleep. So in the future, feel free to make the thread and get discussing the goodies

For my own part, I check boardgamegeek, not youtube, for my STAW news. Without someone starting a thread here, I likely would never know that these videos were posted.
