On the sticker sheet there is a list of which components to remove if you're not playing with 5 people. Then, in the rule book, there is another box about how many of each component to remove from the game if you only have 2 or 3 players.

Last night for our first 2 player setup, I just added both lists together, and removed both the amount of each farmer, craftsman, monk, etc, suggested in the book and the ones suggested on the sticker sheet. Was this the right way to do it? I think it played out mostly okay, but it did seem like a lot of components to remove from the game.

Exactly what I needed too. Thank you. You should consider putting it on the files list, that's where I usually try to find these things.

With the abundance of plastic bags this game provides, I keep enough disks for a 2-player game ready, then have separate bags to add disks for a third, fourth, and fifth player.

What's the last thing on the right of that chart?

Also, do you remove any goods when playing with less than 5 players? Or is that what the last thing is, you just remove random goods?
