I thought I'd have to use a deep dish DVG tray, but with the judicious use of dividers, was able to get all the counters neatly arranged into a single GMT tray, which I understand will fit into the box allowing the lid to close.

The massive number of control markers will have to go in a separate ziplock, but that's fine, IMO.

I use one tray with the generals for each turn [both sides] in each section.

I use baggies for all the sp's, markers, etc.

Yep, wasn't even going to try for a single tray with this one. Two GMT trays worlk just fine with only a little overstuffing of the box. The GMT trays nestle into each other when stacked, so its more like a tray and a half of height.

I trimmed the insert thingy down a bit to fit two trays very snugly!

When I first put the generals in, I worried I'd need to resort them by turn of entry. So based on some comments here, I did just that. Some of the general purpose tokens like entrenchments and markers, I moved to some small bags.

Then I used seven of the cups, divided with 3x dividers, and sorted them by turn of entry. Much nicer now.

Thanks all!
