Expansions? They can't seem to get their core game errata squared away much less an expansion.
Oh really? What has been in flux? I followed the Robinson Crusoe rules fiasco pretty closely (every version getting tweaks and sometimes radical changes), but Robinson's inherent complexity accounted for a lot of that discord (ala Arkham Horror or other semi-open ended games). Settlers didn't strike me as a particularly convoluted game, rules wise.
Anyhoo, thanks you (and "bigGameGeek") for the insight. When this title released, I think we were anticipating a faster distribution cycle for expansion content (perhaps not old FFG levels, but still faster than 2 pieces in a year).
