I work at a board game cafe. Every day we discover a piece that was forgotten, not put back in the box. We're generally pretty good at reuniting these poor pieces with their games, unfortunately sometimes we're unable to. We've accrued a fairly large number of these orphan pieces, so now I turn to you, humble members of BGG. Please help these unfortunate pieces find their home. This was wildly successful last time I tried. I'm so impressed by your collective knowledge bgg, leave no chit behind!
Now round 2:

This makes me wonder how often we are losing pieces @ our local meetups and we don't even know it.

I don't think the servers @ IHOP and village inn are going to be this helpful in reuniting list chits.cry

Looks like the ice faction donut for their terrain wheel, I concur. In the final picture you also see the center of it which is garbage.

The green mini in the last pic is from Twilight Imperium (Third Edition)
[EDIT: Someone already mentioned that]

The token in the first and fourth picture with 7 corners and a blue penta-thingy-octa-gramm is from Wiz-War (eighth edition)

The token right next to it with the red-cloth-shield on it is from Runewars.

The last thing we do at meetups is a "bits check". We look under the tables and chairs for any bits that might have fallen.

As a best practice (if you don't already do so) I'd keep a sort 'honesty box' style container in plain sight, clearly labelled 'Are you missing a piece'.

Then when a customer thinks there is something missing, they can just check the orphanage/box to see if it's there. Obviously it's better to return all the orphans home, but on a busy day, this is more convenient for your patrons.

The token with the dice cup and three dice in the second picture is from Lucky Loop.

I also recognize the red token with the yellowish drop, but for the life of me I can't remember what game it's from...

Edit: Actually, I found it! World of Warcraft: The Adventure Game

Did you really lose this many bits or is this just a hidden contest about geek knowledge? I'm asking since in our weekly gaming club, we rarely have a bit left over (only about 2 or 3 times a year).

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars, where you will be forced to drift aimlessly farther into the vast, empty abyss of space until a lack of food, water and oxygen causes you to succumb to Death's cold embrace.
