Would be nice to know, and hopefully the card size was not changed for the English edition?

The card size for both the Polish and the German edition is the same - 63x88 mm. The English edition is still in production (we're really, really sorry for the delay), but the size should not be changed for it either.

Do they even make such big sleeves? The card size is 10,5 x 15 cm

Thank you.

Postcards sleeves, interesting. Regular cards fit in the Magic the Gathering standard size sleeves, but those Gods cards are bigger then Dixit cards, in fact bigger then anything Mayflower produces, so definetly some rare custom solution would be needed. I hate not sleeving anything, I occasionally play in the vicinity of drinks / tables which are not as clean as they should be / cats and dogs / kids and similar scary stuff

Wouldn't the sleeves for the Magic Oversized cards work?

Those would be size of 2 regular cards side by side.

Nope, just checked, but they are significantly larger then that. 10.5cm x 14.5cm, more or less. This is indeed more in line with a size of a traditional greeting/post card...

Temporarily (until a better solution is found)
I plan on using "Modern Age" mylar comic-book sleeves, folded in half.
They are cheap, and there are easy enough to find.

{ EDIT }

After hunting around a bit,
it seems the often mentioned 'Postcard Sleeves' are indeed ideal:
They apparently come in 3-4 sizes,
but the "Continental" (4 3/8 x 6) would seem to be the right choice.

The other sizes are 3 11/16" x 5 3/4", which is too small, I believe,
and 5X7 which are slightly too large but would work.)
The ones I found are manufactured by 'BCW', although Ultra-Pro makes the 5x7 version.

I use these for the big cards. they fit perfect with little extra room. A little too thin to shuffle, but you don't shuffle the big cards anyways. http://www.amazon.com/BCW-Continental-Postcard-Sleeves-Piece...

Mayflower doesn't have sleeves that size, but it appears UltraPro does, and they are even a bit cheaper then the non-gaming posted above

Edit: do not buy the UltraPro sleeves they do not fit!

Unfortunately, I didn't verify your recommendation before purchasing and blindly bought them.

These Ultra Pro sleeves are too small to fit the icon cards.

Yep, my bad. I thought they'd fit, got a set, but they are to small indeed. I assumed, based on discussion above, that postcard size sleeves will fit, and that there is one size for postcards, which, clearly, is not the case. Reviewing the product pages, it appears that the good sleeves (which fit according to Stephen Hayden and Michael Cox) say "4-3/8" x 6" and the bad ones, "4 x 6 x 0.5 in.". Which still confuses me, as they both seem to be about the same - 4x6x0.5 vs 4x6x3/8, the last parameter being depth I guess? I am sorry, but I don't know where I am messing up with understanding their sizes.

4 and 3/8 inches wide versus 4 inches wide.

Doh, brain fail. It just didn't occur to me that 4-3/8 should be read as 4.375 which to me is the logical way to write such a number. I thought it was a typo for 4x6x3/8 (4x6x.375).
