Hello
so let's say it's player A B C D

who go first usually got more turn than last player

do you think it's a good idea
to let the game end on players D turn ? (no matter who trigger winter season ending)

I didn't do this because I found it was more valuable to give players one round to react to the round/game ending than it was to ensure equal turns. There are enough turns in the game that one player having one extra turn doesn't seem to break anything; I haven't noticed a first-player advantage in any of my 100+ tests.

well 5 games in 2 weeks (4 players)
first players win all of them
beat 2nd place around 2- 10 points
(if 2nd place got another turn he can sell his vorpal weapon and win instead.

Why was 2nd place left with a Vorpal weapon? Timing the endgame is a critical part of the game. Forging multiple Vorpals at the end of the game is risky.

Of course, when the game end is triggered in Winter, everyone still gets one more turn, ending with the player on the triggerer's right. So if C triggered the end of Winter, the game ends on B's turn. (I'm sure you got that right, but I just want to make sure it's mentioned!)
