This will be a game by Mawkee's invented rules. Like V133, but with CFB instead of CAC.

Setup:
Game set up for Earth destination, with Demetrius and possibly the Rebel Basestar

Winning Conditions:
- Cylons and Humans win the game if 10 distance is reached and the fleet makes another jump
- The moderator wins if the fleet loses (by any resource being at 0 at the end of any turn, Centurions destroying Galactica or Galactica being destroyed, and any other special situations that would make the Cylon team win)

Special Rules for Cylon players:
- Cylons and Humans are all on the same team
- Cylons and Humans have the winning conditions based on the Humans winning conditions as default on the game
- No Cylon Leaders allowed
- Cylon loyalty cards are dealt normally. Cylons can reveal (and the effects of their reveal card always apply, even if they're on the brig) and move to the Resurrection Ship as usual. When they select a Cylon activation (on the Cylon Fleet), they can choose one type of cylon ship to activate and one sector, and move the cylon ships on that sector as they wish. The other sectors (if any) are activated by normal.
- Cylon players do not draw Super Crisis cards
- Cylon players cannot "soft reveal" announcing their loyalty beforehand
- Caprica works like Roslin's visions, and Cylon Activation icons are not ignored
- The Moderator gets one Super Crisis once a Cylon reveals. A Super Crisis can be played instead of a normal Crisis at the Mods discretion

Other special rules:
- Whenever there's a Crisis, the moderator chooses one of the top 3 Crisis on the deck to resolve, burying a second one and discarding (publicly) the third one.
- Crisis deck is never reshuffled. 33 does not reshuffle the deck, instead it is placed back on the bottom of the deck. When the Crisis deck is empty, the discard pile is used (starting from the least recent crisis discarded)
- Launch Scout means the player either looks at the top 3 Crisis cards and chooses 1 to keep on top and 2 to discard or force playing the top Crisis card (which he looks at beforehand, if there's a further action to be done on that turn).
- Roslin's visions work like this: the moderator selects 2 cards between the first 5 cards and Roslin chooses one of them to resolve.
- Boomer's Intuition works like a Launch Scout
- Pilot Helo (Karl) from Daybreak increases his LS power to 4 cards and "do whatever you want with those 4 cards". Can replace them in the order he chooses, or discard any number of them... as I said, free run
- The moderator selects which cards from the Destiny are played on each skill check. They have to be from different colors, if possible.
- Usual secrecy rules apply, exceptions below
- Destiny cards are always marked upon revealing.
- If a player looks at the destiny deck, they can share any information regarding Treachery cards they want. But cannot mention even if any of the other cards is "high" or "low". The colors of the cards available on the destiny deck are always public.
- Destination deck is stripped of all the "3 distance" cards.
- Captain's Cabin is where the moderator sits, so it's off-limits
- Engine room requires 3 cards to be activated
- Alternate versions of characters *may* be selected together. We can have Pilot Apollo and Political Apollo together on the ship, for instance. Cylons are allies, after all
- During Sleeper phase, the President chooses one resource to increase by 2
- Brig works like New Caprica's Detention (2 skill cards may be played on a skill check, and being on the Brig does not prevent Crisis being drawn)

First? Nice! Since this is fully cooperative, what do we think of Tory? Starbuck is also good since she doesn't have a negative. (Unless the mod can activate the admiral's quarters). Let's hope not.

Given that the Captin's Cabin is off limits, I think Tory, Cottle and Ellen are all worth serious consideration for their card drawing specials.

A number of OPG's aren't going to be that useful in this game, so Cultar seems like someone we should have on board.

Tory's drawback may be significant, since the mod has control of crises. She would no doubt be useful still.

Is there any reason a Cylon might be compelled to reveal?

Reverse CFB effect can be a huge factor as well

For pilots, we should only consider:

Apollo
Starbuck
Boomer
Karl

The rest are basically a waste of time.

Reasonable Military Leaders:

Adama (high leadership, no drawback, great OPT/OPG)
Cain (high leadership, great OPG)
Gaeta (2 leadership, decent OPT, OPG can be used to get out of brig, negative not a big deal in cooperative game)
Tom (2 leadership, can manage mutiny for everyone)

Crappy Military Leaders:

Helo (worthless OPG)
Tigh (worthless OPT/OPG)
Hoshi (he's just crappy to begin with)

Reasonable Politicians:

Roslin (2 leadership, OPT still good, though nerfed [2 of first 5? yikes])
Zarek (2 leadership, good OPG, useless OPT, negative could be avoided)
Ellen (2 leadership, GREAT OPT, she is probably a must)
Tory (great OPT, weakness could hurt)
Lampkin (get out of brig free card)
Lee (2 leadership, great OPT, great OPG, but we don't get to use Apollo)

Crappy Politicians:

Baltar (worthless OPG, Cultar is much better)

None of these are in any order other than by expansion, so don't interpret who is where as an endorsement. And just my suggestions.

Reasonable Support:

Chief (2 leadership, good OPT, good OPG, weakness can probably be dealt with if we're all working together)
Dee (good OPT in CFB game, good OPG)
Cottle (good OPT, we need card draw)
Gaius (2 leadership, great OPT, great OPG, nullified weakness)

Crappy Support:

Cally (useless OPG)

I would contend that Hoshi is definitely better than you give him credit for (OPG is easily in the top 5 for sheer power), and I think Kat (though definitely not as active CAG, for great die rolls on FTL, Pegasus, Armory) and Hot Dog (having the right cards) are reasonably competitive. Anders is rightly terrible.

As you point out, pretty much everybody has their good points. This might be the game where I won't be abashed choosing Cain, though. She's got her original miracle, right?
