This appears on turn 11 as a reinforcement which matches its historical entry onto the continent.
As an air landing division it was slated for operartions Transfigure and Market Garden. The first was cancelled as the ground troops took Dreux before the drop. The second went ahead but there was never a field safe enough to glide into around Arnhem. Giving up on air landing it was sent in by sea and fought as regular infantry. I think it should appear as a reinforcement in the airborne box on turn 7 so earliest drop on turn 8. Also add it to the starting forces for the Market Garden scenario.
