Oh yea, it happened. I received 3 expansion maps and everything else is lost. UPS is no help either. So that's that I guess.

They lost my core set shipment.. TWICE. Arthur was able to help me out and third shipment finally arrived. It may take a while, but I suspect they will take care of you.

I hope so. I have faith in Petersen Games it's just the situation sucks... Twice though? Wowie... The maps are great and the minis inside are phenomenal so I really hope to see the rest.

Good news!!!!

After dealing with UPS on the phone for over an hour, they "miraculously" found my package about 35min away from my home and got it to me this morning. I could take back all of the bad things I have ever said about UPS... but, I won't. Either way, glad to have my stuff...

I know you're just having fun Nick, but I don't consider it an overreaction - I've had packages lost by all the carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx. It does cause some panic - especially when you've spent a ton of dough.
The majority of the time in my cases, they don't retrieve the stuff if it has been erroneously delivered.

Happens to me about 3 or so times a year (eBay and Amazon purchases mostly). Of all those times I've had I think 2 finally show up. Both with no explanation from the carrier.
One instance, the tracking number lead right to the "dead-package" office of the USPS. I called and told them it was there - all they had to do was get it and forward it to me. Nothing ever came of it.
If they do misdeliver something, there's really not much that can be done. It's not like they can go into the person's home and demand the box.


It does happen, so just keep on top of it and report it right away.
I contact the Post Office every time and file a complaint online, but the rigamarole is always the same. After the call I never hear from them again.
