Hi I am trying to identify a game I used to have - it was a long time ago, early 1970's I think, and from memory it was a spy based game where you had to travel to certain world cities (Karachi, Tokyo, London may have been amongst them?) and it also involved different modes of travel, and gaining important documents or a briefcase or similar? Does this ring any bells for anyone, and anyone got an idea of which game it might be?

Thanks

This one fits almost all of your criteria (no "spy" aspect though):

Sorry guys it was none of these. I am afraid my memory is hazy as we are talking maybe 45 years ago - also I assume this is a mainly USA forum, whereas I played the game in the UK (therefore maybe not releases in the US?). I seem to remember that the key aim of the game was to get a briefcase or some secret documents and get them back safely to your home base without another player taking the briefcase/documents from you. Sorry to be so vague

It still sounds a lot like Conspiracy, but the older UK editions looked pretty different and were titled The Sigma File. Does this look familiar?
