I apologize if this has been asked or is blatantly obvious, but is there a thread highlighting upcoming kickstarter projects from big publishers? It'd be nice to have it all in one place to keep track of.

They do one every year. There should be a new link in 2016, just follow that page to keep track.
It is not sorted by big name publishers, it is literally just all the Kickstarter projects available showing if they are funded or not.

I was thinking more along the lines of "hey guys stonemaier's new game on Kickstarter is set to launch at xx-xx-xxxx" kind of thing. That one looks more after the fact

Usually it shows all the ones that are close. The other link is a really good one too.
I am not sure if there is a geek list with the specific info you are looking for.
