I'm testing the waters, too. When I opened up my deck of cards, my Wikipedia Author card was damaged (like it got shoved in the deck by a factory machine and it sheared a hole up the middle of the card.) I just sent an email to their customer service, as well.
I didn't think about this before I did so, but after I emailed Granna, I decided I better try contacting Passport Game Studios as well about getting a replacement for the damaged card. I'll give an update if I hear from either company.
