What is a Buster Raccoon? Is it a wrestling move, or a reference to something from a fighting game?

It seems oddly familiar but I can't quite place it.

The 'are you okay?' line sounds like misheard japanese to english, like the way Shoryuken is ofthen heard as 'sure you can!'

Can anyone place this for me?

Try Terry Bogard, from Fatal Fury and King of Fighters. He has a move called Buster Wolf and his taunts often say "Are you OK?".

My impression was that it's a play on Rocket Raccoon.

Good to know. Now if anyone could add that to the wiki, together with the other bases we don't know of...

I believe only the Storm Rage and Great Serpent are still unexplained:

Storm rage looks a lot like one of Black Adam's moves from 'Injustice: Gods Among Us", which is called 'lightning cage'

Geese Howard, the boss from the Fatal Fury games has a Storm Rage/Lighting Cage move. Terry Bogard originated in that series.

I think Great Serpent might be a reference to Guilty Gear main character Sol Badguy's Tyrant Rave move, it looks a lot like the first half of the attack. http://i.imgur.com/PlE5TFp.gif

Naw, Great Serpent is very obviously Sol Badguy's Grand Viper. Tyrant Rave is an ult, and doesn't include an advance effect.

Grand Viper, on the other hand, advances, is a "normal" special that looks extra-similar, and, lol, the name.

I thought it might be Grand Viper, but the art on the card doesn't look like any of the animation frames. I suppose it could be a double reference.

The quote says " I'm the baddest guy around", so I am backing this in.
