You can't handle the truth?
I've tried contacting this company many times by email and also called them twice and left a message.You did the right thing just with this post, as you have seen. When dealing with Game Salute, make it public.
I bought the game about a month ago and the shark piece was broken right off the box. The inner box where the pieces were packed seemed too tight for all playing pieces. It seems like them tried to jam two pieces in one slot and when I unboxed it, the shark tail was broken.
I've attempted contacting them 4 times and they don't even bother acknowledging my request. It's been over a month. The game was so expensive to begin with. I can't believe this.
What can I do?
I even tried contacting them through facebook.
