I've been working on a Prometheus variant, trying introduce something new to game play.
Here's the summary. Suggestions welcome.
Lost in the Complex. Fill complex, turn all face down, shuffle, replace.
David tries to infect you. You gain a Phase 1 card from the Hatchery.
Running out of air: Draw a strike.
If Med-Lab is clear (not counting Offspring), you may pay 3R per strike to heal any number of your own wounds.
Phase 1: David's Contaminated Drink.
Pay 3A to cancel before end of next turn ELSE gain a Phase 2 card to your discard pile.
Phase 2: Transformation. When drawn, place face up in front of you. Discard all strikes.
On your turns, you must attack all other players with your strongest single character card. They lose heath equal to that card's attack. During clean up, discard all but Transformation. Draw back up to 6.
Any enemies in the Combat Zone do not strike you.
Other players attack you as an enemy. Your basic health value plus armour is the required attack to kill you.
Reveal and bring Engineer Head (for 5R) & Silver Cylinder (for 5A) to Prometheus (Operations).
Event 1: The Storm Descends: Attach to the room where revealed in the complex. If revealed in the Combat Zone, attach to the Ventilation Shaft. Scan cost is now double.
Kill Mutated Fifield (see Note 1)
Fifield in the Compex: Fifield Confused. +3 to all scan/attack costs for this turn.
Fifield in the Combat Zone: Fifield Sneak Attack. Kill the character with the highest Attack from every player's current hand.
Trap the offspring in the Med-Lab.
Gather 5 Engineer Lure tokens.
Move the Engineer to the offspring (see Note 2)
The Engineer is pissed! Engineer strikes at the end of this turn, regardless of his location. If in the Combat Zone, he strikes twice.
If Fifield is revealed in the complex. He moves like an enemy but can't be killed. At the end of every turn while in the complex, you place a token on him (eg. a die, increasing by 1 each turn). When he reaches the Combat Zone, he mutates. You change the normal Fifield card to the "Mutated Fifield" card. His printed strength is 10A, but you must add the tokens to that. You don't have to one-shot him. You can diminish his strength over several turns. He strikes all players once each turn whilst in the Combat Zone.
Trap the offspring in the Med-Lab: Reveal Offspring and pay 5R to attach it to the Med-Lab. (Other enemies still move through the Med-Lab as normal.)
Gather 5 Engineer Lure Tokens: As you kill certain enemies in Objectives 2 & 3, you will gain Engineer Lure Tokens. Keep them face up in front of you.
Lure the Engineer to the Offspring: Once the Engineer and Offspring are revealed, and the Offspring is attached to the Med-Lab, you must pay 5 Engineer Lure Tokens to move the Engineer to the Med-Lab, where the Offspring attacks him.
(i) Barracks Cards - Undecided on whether this needs all new custom Barracks deck. The only difference would be flavour really.
(ii) Sarge Deck - Replace with Janek Cards. 5 having 3 Recruit & Coordinate, 5 with 3 Attack & Coordinate.
(iii) Hive to contain 1 "good" card per Objective. Weapon/Strike Avoidance.
This is a work in progress. Once complete, I'll be making custom cards to share. Let me know what you think.

"Shijuro" in Awatum (Serpent's Tongue)
"A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play, his labour and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation." LP Jacks
I like the concepts you have so far.
Some added details:
I've created a Prometheus Barracks:
Mixed heal and attack. Special card to send an enemy to Med-Lab for the offspring to kill (doesn't work on Engineers).
Different levels of attack. Special "Mutant Holloway" card with high attack value, but is killed after use.
Mostly recruit. Special card that boosts all other cards played in the same turn.
Some low level attack with trigger ability to kill characters.
Some low cost cards to allow free room scanning. Special card that scans all rooms for free when drawn.
*The idea is that you can play with the Shaw Role card OR with the Shaw character in the Barracks. If you're using the Role card, you use the other 4 barracks "characters". You can use both together, but you'll end up with huge healing skills, probably making the game too easy. Having a Shaw character deck also allows you to add her into the barracks for mash-up scenarios.
I've finished the text only main deck: Hive, Hatchery, Sargeant, Location, Objectives, Tokens.
I'll upload the pdf's one I've finished the Barracks deck.
Once I know that the game plays OK, I'll add in the artwork and update the files.

The text-only version of this scenario is live in the Files section.
Feel free to download and have a try. All comments welcome!
Shaw Role & Avatar
LV-223 Location Card
Objectives 1, 2, & 3
Full hive decks for objectives
"Sergeant" Deck - Captain Janek
"Hatchery" Deck - Contaminated Drink & Transformation
This is a ~140 card custom scenario that comes in 2 pdfs.
Also included, a text document with a few clarifications on token cards.
Again, this is the text-only version.
Artwork will be added once I've play tested and made sure the mechanics work OK.
I'm open to all suggestions - especially with card names ... some aren't really from the Prometheus script, but I couldn't seem to find something that quite fit. eg. Vickers "I'm In Charge Here". They're OK, but if you think of something better, let me know!

Have you seen the yellow sign have you seen the yellow sign have you seen the yellow sign have you seen
Tobaius Is Not A Cylon
I am very excited about your custom scenario. Looking forward to seeing the final cards with pictures!
btw regarding artwork, this might be of interest to you (apart from being a good read); there is a "Prometheus" first part to this (included in this sampler comic) which can be bought separately so one wouldn't need to go all in with all 4 parts:
EDIT: here's the link to the Prometheus part:

Thanks for the links. I just downloaded the Dark Horse Comics app after seeing your post. Lots of cool artwork to check out there!
Glad you're interested in the scenario. I've been ironing out some kinks. Hopefully will be moving onto artwork in a couple of days.
The final version, complete with artwork is now uploaded!
Please use this thread for questions etc
Updated 4/21/16 with proper icons etc.

For anyone interested in getting these printed using an online service ...
I've reformatted these cards to make them more print-service-friendly. Resolution and bleed areas taken care of. I've also exported each card as it's own individual image for ease of uploading.
The files are here:
