Yes. exept for Op Fire, any number of actions may be played on any unit.

If a Time trigger occurs during resolution of an event, you continue with your turn after Time Marker Advance procedure (Including Dig-in). This situatiuon cannot happen here.
If a time marker advancement occurs during drawing your hand (This is NOT a Time Trigger), you complete filling your hand, if you less than your hand limit. You may play any Dig In cards you had in hand at the moment Time Marker Advancement takes place. Any Dig In cards drawn after completing Time Marker advancement wouldn't be in your hand when you had to play them.
