I know that from a pure boardgamer point of view the artwork isn't the most important thing in a game BUT I wanted to ask some gamers out there. "What is the most beutiful game you've ever played?" I will be giving a very modest GG donation if you awe me and a big GG donation if you convince me and I buy it

I should tell you my favorite boardgame artwork to This point is the "legends of andor" board. I look at it and I just think "Awesome!"
It's even 2 sided tell me your favorite artwork. Also as a disclaimer I don't have a lot of GG so don't expect a huge layout and only 1-2 people will get GG. Here's the legends of andor board I was raving about!

There are a lot of beautiful games.

If I have to pick one ...

The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game - not only is this one of my favorite games, it also has amazing artwork on many if not most of the cards.

Real artsy: Dixit

For games under development here on BGG, I'd say Space Race for realistic and Land of Monsters for fantasy.

It is not the board that makes Chaostle looks cool, but its 3D Castle! Another point for making it so easy to set up!

I love the Legends of Andor artwork as well -- and the expansion is possibly even better!

Otherwise, Evolution has stunning artwork (on cards),
as has anything by Ryan Laukat of Red Raven Games (cards and boards).

Evolution:

I tend to be really attracted to the art in Fun Forge and Iello games, butI think the most beautiful game I have is Darkness Comes Rattling. I impulse-bought it purely due to the artwork and unusual theme.

I only have my cobbled-together P-n-P copy, and I'm still blown away by the artwork.

There are many very beautiful games out there but if I must say, every single component of Jamaica is just stunningly gorgeous.

Other notable games:

Evo (second edition)
Ghost Stories
Samurai Spirit
Tokaido

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't like all that busy MtG or cartoonish fantasy kind of art. I like simplicity and cleanliness. Samurai is one I think is most beautiful.

For me its Lewis & Clark.

It has a gorgeous board with great graphic cues:

The multitude of cards that come with the game are stunning (and historically relevant):

The individual player boards to store resources and workers are also beautiful and highly thematic:

So, as you can see its beautiful. If you enjoy clever hand and resource management and like to see a slow build of a racing engine then this is the game for you.

Agreed. The Mico is really The Man. Any game with The Mico. Check out Valeria: Card Kingdoms and the upcoming Villages of Valeria.

Truth. Scrolling through these pictures I realize how few of them have a style I'm attracted to, but the person submitting each one truly believes it is the most beautiful. It's great.

I have not seen that before but it is awesome!

Also, Elfenland has a great board and card art.
Arboretum cards are nice.
Love Letter: Kanai Factory Edition.
Gloom is nice too!
