The Kickstarter has surpassed $100,000 and is approaching 1,000 backers!

We've got the Whistler, Kerbite, and now the Trundlian! We've got free 3D models! We've got some PnP options to try it out! We have more Plot cards and cargo items! We have Guest Designer missions from big names in the gaming industry!

Next up is a Hardbound Advanced rulebook and unlocking all guest missions!

How far can we go?

I just don't like the miniatures. They are killing this for me.

I've been put off from other games by the miniatures, and I've also been lured in by the miniatures only to be disappointed by the game. There is a nice deep game to be enjoyed I feel and miniatures can be replaced... besides, they're going be 3D models you can modify!

You can also wait until you get a chance to see the final product. While it's nice to have more stuff now (from stretch goals) it is better to not have someone regret getting the game in my opinion!

You might be able to wait, but I can't!

In all seriousness Jan 17 is the estimated release date.

I like the minis. Compared to the original 1st edition minis these are much, much better. I'm not a big fan of the female human because of her jetpack. But I'm good with the rest. I did an add-on for an additional set since you get 4 of the base races and only 2 of the stretch goal races. Wanted to have spares for maximum flexibility!

Agreed the mini's are meh but hell they are mini's. Painting them can always make them look better. If that fails you can always use green stuff. Give your creative side some exercise whenever you can.

These are the aliens that sprang from Jeff's mind - they are weird shapes and non-anthropomorphic. But there's a history and a life to them. But stick with the campaign, there's some big surprises still to come that I believe you will like.

That's realism for you!
not that Promethean design shit of the times one has to endure in every corner. Hodgepodge of known anatomy for alien races. Bad things with big teeth. Black eyes, black souls.
