Where do Indian Reinforcements place when the Joseph Brant card is played? Is it the same as other types (in a city in a controlled state)? It seems odd that Indians would arrive in cities.

They're placed normally with the rest of your reinforcements.

Keep in mind that the city areas on the map represent a geographical area MUCH greater and expansive beyond the city itself. Plus think of the fact that cities back then were VERY small by today's standards. So yeah, there's still LOTS of room for the Native Americans to exist in a city area without even coming close to a city.

This question was posted a long time ago and the designer confirmed that they come in like all the others.

He granted that seeing a potentially large force of green blocks come in at Boston or Baltimore might seem odd, but they dabbled with other things and it took too much complexity for a limited circumstance to make any changes.
