Has any one found a good way to fit the Delorean into the game box without having to disassemble it? Thanks!

Move the locomotive into one of the wells intended for the train cars (it won't fit all the way to the bottom of the well). Then put the displaced train car + "time travel car" into the locomotive's original well.

I removed the insert. Both the stagecoach from the expansion and the Delorean now fit easily.

I turned my stack of cards on the long side and slid the car on it's side next to them. Seems to fit well.

Cards are vertical only to show how I divide them.
Meeples and decorations are thrown loose into the compartment at the bottom, loot & whisky are in the string bag.

Ditch the insert and a quick bit of foamcore seemed to work really well. The deck on the top left is the common bullet deck and the round cards. The deck on the right side is the individual player cards.

I use this way as well., we have the character cards divided up and in with the carriages, the Time Machine goes in nicely.

I cheated and put it in the Stagecoach box expansion. Plenty room in there

To accomodate the upcoming prison cart, you'll have to rotate the divider in the bottom right section.
