Is there any reason why you could not print the Class cards single sided and have someone play the Thief and another the Rogue in the same game?

What about the Character sheets? Say a Male Dragonkin and a Female Dragonkin in same game?

The male and female of the same race shouldn't affect game play. However, having two players who are going after the same color of die would almost certainly have a negative effect on their "class color dice" score, giving an advantage to any player who was not "sharing" their class dice with another player.

Thanks!

What about Alignment and Backstory?

Neither of those are double-sided, so it doesn't really apply. Though if multiple players wanted the same alignment or backstory, I don't really see a big issue with that.
