Keep your lovin' brother happy!
From september to november 2015 I took part in the provincial championships. I had to play 8 matches on 4 days, so 2 a day. Imagine that you had to play one game in the morning from 9:30 that could last for 4 hours. Then after a short break in the afternoon you, still exhausted, had to play another one. In one occasion it proves to be fatal for me. I lost my afternoon game. However the morning victory could never be stolen from me.
The first problem derives from this 5th game and with 2 games lost and 2 won I entered, to speak in football terms, the left queue. I knew that won't last long. In the end I had 3 victories, 4 losses and 1 draw. Who said that International Checkers is too drawish!?

Problem I
Blacks last move had been 19-23, which gave white the opportunity for a so called Free Move, since black had to make the shot 23x34 on his next turn, if white doesn't move away with his piece on field 29.

White to move and wins

Solution I
Spoiler (click to reveal)

1. 10-4 23x34
2. 32-28 22x33

3. 4x22x39x30

Problem II
An acquaintance had the situation below on his board during a match in the national competition in the city of Middelburg. Enthousiastically he explained it to me and a few others. I thought it is worth making it a Position Puzzle. Whites last move had been 37-46.

Black to move and wins

Note: Black at the bottom.

Solution II
Spoiler (click to reveal)

1. ... 36-41
2. 46x28 34-40
whites shot could also be to fields 32 or 37.
3. 45x34 24-29
4. 33x24

4. ... 2x30x39x22
5. 23-19 22-13
