Took some time and built a Chokepoint variant, a modification to her main card to make her a bit harder. It's also more random though.
The changes is that on the front side instead of dealing damage she gets an extra play when a card is played face down. That can make her go a couple of turns doing nothing and then playing 5 cards in a go. Maximum of card play for her is H+2. Worst case scenario is New Found Power when she has 2 cards face down. Maybe it should be H cards face down for flip instead of 3, would need to test it with 5 players. The problem with H is that it needs some specific cards for flipping. When she flips, she hits hard and has big time armor. But after a couple of turns her armor is not that great, her deck is not that scary so playing only 1 card a turn is not punishing.
Played a game against this final version with Fusion Cypher, Golem Unity and Tango One in FSC Wanderer. She opened with New Found Power and played several cards, flipping on her second turn. Eventually won with Unity Incap and Cypher and Tango with 6 and 5 HP and part of that was because of the environment.
PS: One-shots do not "leave play" right? Otherwise the Kinetic Looter Ongoing is a lot stronger that I understand and have played.
So, I've not lost to Chokepoint either. I was going to post a thread here about some changes, but I like your "Increase damage dealt and reduce damage taken by X" statement on the backside of her card. That was the first idea I was going to play with moving forward with her. Has anyone played with this variant (or that particular change) to see if this makes her a little more dynamic?

Well, I have, of course. This version is ok, not too hard, not too easy. The damage increase/reduction makes her weird to play against in the sense that she might end up with lots of cards of 1 of your heroes, and few or none of the others. So all your damage dealing ends up relying on your support guy. The kicker of hits version IMO is the front side and how random her flipping is. She goes from turns that do nothing to massive turns, so that's fun.
