The game was published by the Pavillion de l'Arsenal to promote their "Paris Underground" attraction which provided insight in the extensive excavated networks beneath Paris. I assume it was never intended for gamers as a target group, thus it was produced in considerably less quantities and sold almost exclusively through the Pavilion de l'Arsenal - hence its rarity. That's also the reason why it's more of a collector's item than a game to be played - although nicely produced, it doesn't meet the standards gamers expect from the producers of Formule Dé and Full Metal Planete. Basically, it's a roll-and-move game mixed with a quiz about Paris' underground attractions, and a little player interactivity. To play the game, it is imperative that all players speak French quite well, otherwise you won't be able to decypher the Question cards.

If you are a collector - and who else would be willing to pay so much money for a game - then it is a nice rarety to own (and brag about). If you are looking for a great game to play, better look at something else (Full Metal Planete, Atlantic Storm, Settlers - Whisky Edition, Carabande, GDW's Fury of Dracula, etc).
