We are so close to beating this guy. At the mythos phase his reckoning effect of moving the investigator one space towards the bent pyramid comes active. Two investigators move to the pyramid section on the main game board. Using the side board rules which allow movement on to the side board with the travel action or any other effect that allows an investigator to move, can we then move from the pyramid section of the board via local path move onto the bent pyramid space on the Egypt side board?

You may only move on local paths during the action phase, although this move doesn't cost an action.

Local paths are considered to be paths for all purposes. For Neprhen-Ka's Reckoning, an Investigator on the Pyramids would move to the Bent Pyramid, and an Investigator on Cairo or Alexandria would move to the Pyramids. Likewise, a Werewolf in Rome could move two spaces to attack an Investigator on the Bent Pyramid (or Cairo or Alexandria), and Finn could smuggle a fellow Investigator from the Nile to the Heart of Africa. You can even travel along a single Local path as a Travel action, if you've already expended your free Local movement (eg: You could start at Cairo, take the free Local movement to Alexandria and Trade with an Investigator there, then Travel to the Pyramids to do an Expedition).
