"As in almost any policy area, comparing Hillary Clinton’s platform with Donald Trump’s is like comparing a dissertation on naval strategy to a game of Battleship."

I think that's a cheap shot. Cliff Von Wickler should sue.

The problem is, as often lamented in the forums of this site, most of the general public isn't willing to go the lengths to learn more in depth strategy games, and will, indeed, simply resort to Battleship, since it is something they can comprehend.

Yeah, what is there to Naval strategy? You send out planes, find the enemy fleet and then fire swarms of missiles and torpedos at their known positions. Any keyboard warrior could do that with two mouse clicks and a couple of zoom in and outs. Battle ship is a tense psychological battle of cat and mouse where psychology plays an equal part to gunnery patterns and fleet deployment. Puh-leeze.

Well...I mean, not JUST a couple clicks and zoom ins and zoom outs. They'd have to say "enhance" a few times, as well. You can't forget that part!
