As some asked for it here is a list of all available expansions so far, with a exact number of cards in each deck and if there are any numbers missing, double or something. Spoilers, so everyone can look only at what he like. New expansions will be added as soon as I get to play them.
Except for Asylum which was in the base game box, the cards always came in separate stacks which Deck cards 1/2 and 2/2. At the start of the game you open both packs, so there is no need to know exactly where to put them, but mostly they are after the symbol explaination card. If in some scenarios the decks are separated differently, then it will be shown.

If a card is missing, look here if it’s one of the items you remove from the game to keep them (they are not needed for that scenario, where they were removed)

Asylum
Spoiler (click to reveal)
125 Cards

Marcy
Spoiler (click to reveal)
135 Cards

PoD
Spoiler (click to reveal)
Standard: 149 Cards
Spoiler (click to reveal)
Card 122 exists three times, thus missing 123 and 124
Card 139 exists three times, thus missing 140 and 141

Mysterium:
Spoiler (click to reveal)
Cards 150-205, thus 56 Cards

Under the Mask
Spoiler (click to reveal)
138 Cards

Expedition Endurance
Spoiler (click to reveal)
151
Normal
Spoiler (click to reveal)
90, from 1 to 90

Special deck
Spoiler (click to reveal)
61 cards, from 91 to 151

Lumen Fidei
Spoiler (click to reveal)
145 cards
This scenario should be played in the box it came with
Spoiler (click to reveal)
There is a extra sheet somewhere in there
Spoiler (click to reveal)
under the insert

Estrella Drive
Spoiler (click to reveal)
164

Standard deck
Spoiler (click to reveal)
102, from 1 to 101 plus a cover card without number (102)

Mysterium deck
Spoiler (click to reveal)
63 cards, from 103 to 165

Santo Tomás de Aquino
Spoiler (click to reveal)
56 cards

Brotherhood of the Coast
Spoiler (click to reveal)
199 cards
Spoiler (click to reveal)
Pack 1/5: 79 cards, from 1 to 69 (there are 11 cards with number 9)
Pack 2/5: 24 cards, from 70 to 93
Pack 3/5: 19 cards, from 94 to 112
Pack 4/5: 22 cards, from 113 to 134
Pack 5/5: 55 cards, from 135 to 189
The last numbered card of each deck is just a cover card (with advertising)
They aren’t important for the game, just helps you to not accidentally spoil yourself

Madame:

Spoiler (click to reveal)
195 cards

Deck 1/3 "Madame" -
Spoiler (click to reveal)
86 cards - #1-85
Cover card is numbered 1. End blank card isn't numbered (would be #86).

Deck 2/3 "Locations" -
Spoiler (click to reveal)
99 cards - #87-#184
Cover card is numbered 87. End blank card isn't numbered (would be #185).

Deck 3/3 "Secret" -
Spoiler (click to reveal)
10 cards - 186-194
Cover card is numbered 186. End blank card isn't numbered (would be #195).

There was also an extra ad card for the novel. Not sure which it was packaged in but it isn't included in the card count above.

If you have any other questions about the amount of cards of each type or so just ask. Or if you like to see something else.

Re: Amount of Cards in each Deck
Thank you, I really appreciate this thread.

As PoD does not follow the same pattern as the other scenarios regarding the deck:

Spoiler (click to reveal)
I am talking about the additional mysterium deck

Is it problematic to check all the cards(bottom left corner) for PoD before playing, or could I glimpse what this "special" deck is all about and get a major spoiler?

Is it true that ALL the expansions are missing flash cards?

This note could be also important for others to not accidentally check the back sides if a main deck has to be formed out of separate decks.

Re: Amount of Cards in each Deck
There are flash cards for the top, but not the bottom. So try to not look at the back side of the deck.

about PoD

I would really only open it when I'm told to do, like it tells you to do

Re: Amount of Cards in each Deck
Thanks, exactly what I was looking for! Just borrowed a copy of MA and PoD, and was sorting the deck(s) when I noticed the black Mysterium card, so wanted to check what cards that was supposed to cover.

I think the "In search of the unknown" deck should start with card 90. So, it would be 90-151. Card 90 is a mission failure card. If it is included in deck one, there will be two mission failure cards, and new groups may take the wrong card even though the two mission failed cards are different colors.

In the other scenarios there were also sometimes more mission failed cards, why should they do it differently here?

Edit: changed my mind
Spoiler (click to reveal)
apparently you should keep that card forever i don‘t think you are supposed to keep it for other scenarios, just for that one
Spoiler (click to reveal)
there is a Card in there which asks for this item, this won’t work in other games, as there is another card with the same number.

Why not?
I have seen pinned threads in other game forums here
