Subject: Spoiler: Questions of Scars for Territories rss

Our gaming group of 5 players just opened the package where we were given the 3 Bio-hazard Scars. However, we had previously placed all the other 9 territory scars: (3 Mercenary scars, 3 Ammo Shortage Scars, and 3 Bunkers scars) This happened due to a result of players not always playing their scar cards they were given. The question is that are we ever going to reveal additional territory scar cards? Per the rules, we only get to place these if we have enough for all players (5 in our case). If there are no additional territory scar cards given to us, does anyone have any house rule recommendations to fairly assign them to players so that the Bio-hazard scars can be placed on the board?

Some ideas:

- An eliminated player who is able to re-enter the game but already has a comeback power gets a scar card instead.

- At the start of the game, the three players whose names are on the board the fewest times get scar cards.

- Players may use a missile to draw and play a scar card.

- Dice for 'em!

My advice, minimizing spoilers, is for you to play through the game with the rules as written for now, which means that you can't place those scars yet. There may be a mechanism waiting in one of the packets that will allow you to place them.

Once you have opened all the packets and pockets, if you have not placed all the scars and the rules don't let you do so, you could house rule a way to place them at that time.

For such a house rule, I suggest: add the scars to the draft at the beginning of the game. Allow each player to draft up to one of them, while supplies last.

Thanks for confirming! I read a little ahead and at first glance and found nothing mentioning anymore scars and was worried we would never get a chance.

Forgot to mention that we have also unlocked the mutant faction and they feel slightly underpowered without have any bio hazard scars on the board for an a long time. Would like to place some of the Bio-hazard scars soon
