Hi,
I help out at a youth group with mixed boys and girls ages between 12-16.
I only have a few group games (Codenames,Bang and Mascarade). Generally they tend to want to play simple rule games, and have played no thanks and love letter, but I am just wondering if there is any other group games that have worked well with this age group. Suggestions encouraged!
Thanks.

I help out with a college aged group and we have had success playing:

Two Rooms and a Boom (there is a free print and play version)
Reverse Charades
Ca$h 'n Guns (Second Edition) (If they are ok pointing foam guns at each other)
Diamant
Jungle Speed
The Resistance: Avalon (I find this version easier to explain)
Spyfall
Telestrations: 12 Player Party Pack (One of the best getting people to laugh 'game')

I am sure most of those, if not all, would work in the 12-16 age group.

The various Wits and Wagers games would be a good fit in this age range.

A simple flicking game that's good fun is Triple Delight.

Also in the dexterity category, Planetfall

Also, it's not out yet, but TauCeti Deichmann has designed a great story-telling/induction game called "Magery". Keep an eye out for it, it's perfect for your group, I'm sure of it!

My kids are ages 10 and 12, and their favorites are:

King of Tokyo
Tsuro
Rummikub
Castle Panic (Co-op)
Sushi Go!
Roll for It

All these are good group games, and are more fun with 4 players (or more).

As a youth pastor and gamer, I've encountered the same scenario multiple times. Here are some of that group's favorites:

Pit
Ca$h 'n Gun$: Live
PitchCar
+1 Telestrations
+1 Wits & Wagers
We Didn't Playtest This At All
Jungle Speed
