I think I saw equipment tokens in an earlier set of pictures.

An interesting mechanic in the game has been available number of hands.

If equipment was purely tracked on people's sheets,
I'd recommend a checkbox column for marking off
which items are currently held.

If equipment will be tracked with tiles;
(and bear with me, as this may sound silly),
perhaps players could receive a hand (prehensile appendages?) token
for each of their hands,
and place those tokens on any item currently held
(as opposed to slung),
and perhaps on battlestations which they are operating,
and/or peers which they are grappling
if these things made sense.

Sounds a little silly, but could be fun to track
and easy for others to see what you're touting
(as opposed to toting).

interesting idea, but i doubt the game will come with infinite tokens, for those tentac players with infinite hands.

you can just move tokens around from a "carried" section to a "held" section of your character sheet. as for battlestations, you dont really need markers for those, just if you have 0 available hands then you get a penalty.

The prototype characters sheets had "Hand" locations around the edges where you placed the counters. I made the counters uploaded in the files section based off of what I saw in the new rules.

There is a "stowage" area on the cards as well if I remember tight. I don't have one on hand to double check.
