By my math, a perfect score is 82 points. Why does the game come with 24 50-point chips?

There are only a handful of 10- and 20-point chips, but a lot of 50's. It should be vice versa.

For the variant where you get to score as many 50 pt chips as you can pilfer from the pile without anyone noticing of course.
