This breaks down the phases of the game:

(Optional) Pre-Release Tournament
Deckbuilding Round 1
Tournament Round 1
Deckbuilding Round 2
Tournament Round 2
Deckbuilding Round 3 (if no Pre-Release)
Tournament Round 3 (if no Pre-Release)

HOWEVER, the scoring is as follow:
Round.......1st.2nd.3rd.4th.5th Prize Support
Pre-Release..7....5....4....3....2....None
Round #1....21..15..12..9...6...Bronze
Round #2....28..20..16..12..8...Silver
Final Round.42..30..24..18..12..None (Game End)

So my question is which scoring do I use (whether it be Round #1 or Round #2) after we complete the pre-release tournament?

Allow me to give you all an example... is it this?

Pre-Release
Round #1
Round #2

or this?

Pre-Release
Round #1
Final Round

or this?

Pre-Release
Round #2
Final Round

Your first example.

If you look at the information you typed up top, it says there's not around three if you do a pre-release.

Depending on your group, you may also want to for a prerelease, then afterwards ask if you want to not give points and due a full game (only score one for round 1, 2, and 3) or stick with the prerelease and finish after round two.
