I am.
This is beyond outrageous.
Hillary Clinton gave access to uncleared people, to her email server.
Uncleared people ran her email server which without a doubt, CONTAINED classified emails.

I like how the democrats are saying, only such and such emails out of 30,000......
Yeah well, if you only kill ONE person out of 7 billion, does that make it ok?

They nailed Comey down on Hillary acted with intent, WHICH STILL ISNT REQUIRED, but he kept getting all meeley mouthed about it.
He sounds tainted. Whenever something would go negative about Hillary, well, you shouldnt ask me, the FBI director.

Comey also basically said that there are no consequences to someone giving uncleared people access to classified.
So why is Snowden on the run?

And the democrats keep mentioning black men getting shot, how is this relevant? Doesnt that undermine the democrats here?

This is painful to watch. They know EVERYTHING they need to know to prosecute. But a meeting with Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch, and a 3 hour interview with Hillary later, and the FBI says they arent going to do anything.

One of the congressmen was an undercover CIA agent for 9.5 years. He understood how damaging the data she had could be. And on a server that Comey said is less secure than gmail.

We like to joke about where I work that if someone screws up SO BAD that they get promoted, well, this is what you all want to do right?
Take some massive screw up (CRIMINAL) and promote them.
Can we trust her with secrets as President? Really?

Given how much she lied about all this, does that give ANY of you pause?

Given the alternative to Hilary... YES we can 'trust' her. Shit the R's will be firing up all kinds of endless half-assed investigations during her entire presidency. Between that and the 3 billionth vote to repeal Obama Care the net output of congress over the next for years will be ZERO. D you should want her as president the shear lack of real work that won't get done as a result of the endless witch hunts, should give you a hard on.

At the same time, it's old news.

In terms of brand-new news: Of the +/- 30,000 emails that Clinton received or sent, only 3 of those +/- 30,000 emails qualified as classified.

The issue with those three was that they were not properly titled in the messager header to denote its classified content; had not be fully converted to a "non-paper" (fully declassified document); and/or contained content that was later upgraded to classified.

Moreover, anybody that you hired to take care of your servers would naturally not be somebody whom you didn't trust to keep your confidence. Moreover, people you hire to tend to your servers would only be those whom you trusted. Furthermore, taking care of servers does not require or justify the server caretaker to actually to gain access to or read any of its email content.

D, I'm glad you finally realize that there are two standards in America one for us Prols and another for the 1%'ers, politicians and the "famous". I'm hoping you use your bully pulpit to decry all the special favors they enjoy. Like say how corporations can dump unlimited cash into elections and yet unions representing the little guys have been crush by policies and politicians that were bought and paid for with these very same donations. D, welcome aboard comrade! Viva revolution!

Does the percentages really matter?
If you only kill one person out of 7 billion, that is even more insignificant right?
It only takes ONE.
And they found over a hundred classified emails, and 8? chains that are SCI?
This is a stupid argument.
"ITS NOT SO BAD"
ANd the argument the idiot DEMS were making about how there is no evidence that she was hacked. Why does that matter? IT DOESNT. The fact that she had the emails in an improper place is enough.
It doesnt matter if it was hacked.
Gawd....

Oh, wow, awesome. Now that I am done laughing, I can thank you for one of the funniest gems I have read on the internet in nearly a decade...

Unions have been crushed under their own weight of bloated benefits and union heads that are nothing more than "thugs" in disguise.

"Corporate donations crushed unions"...ha, that was awesome. I am still laughing...

Um, yeah..."right to work" legislation prevents union thugs from threatening workers who choose not to be represented by unions. Secret ballots are still useful, after all.

I choose not to engage in discussions about unions any longer. I feel as though their time has passed, and so has my interest in continuing any such discussion. Continue as you see fit, but it will be a one way discussion.

And again, thanks for the chuckle...

I'm no fan of unions and right now they and median wages are on the ropes (not a coincidence). Given time and a continuation of current circumstances they can and will come back and I hope they are more pure to the spirit of a union then they are now. The fear hence my post is that given time and influence the Chamber of Commerce types will set up enough blocks from preventing that from happening. If so the 1% will win in the race to oligarchy and maintain the Clintonesc two standards I wrote about. Yeah, I could have come up with a better example.

Yeah, let's talk about Unions, or anything else for that matter since we dont want Clinton to look bad when she is obviously a criminal.
And I am basing that solely on what the FBI director said.

If a union needs a monopoly in order to function, then maybe it's not the best thing.

I understand what they are. I also understand that if they depend on everyone taking place to the exclusion of those who would rather not be part of them because they feel they'd be able to thrive independently, then it holds people back.

When I took math back in high school, I took headphones to class. This is back in the days of the Walkman. The teacher would get up front and teach the concept, and after the first five minutes, I'd check out and start doing the homework I knew would be coming. I got good at sensing the pauses in the lecture when the teacher thought he'd make an example of me and make me answer a question when I hadn't been paying attention. I'd look up, see the question, answer it, and go back to work. And the teacher would go back to his routine: finding the kids in the class he knew didn't know the answer and asking them, teaching to the slowest in the class. And it helped the slowest in the class. It kept the class from going too fast for them. But I learned far less than I could have in a class more geared to kids who could pick something up and move forward.

This is unions. It helps the slowest in the industry, but holds back those who could thrive. And if "right to work" sabotages unions, then that just means that unions can't function without compulsory membership.

I get what unions are. Good... and bad.
