I like Crack The Case and to a lesser extent clue. What are games you like I should check out? Or maybe mystery games in general, deduction. Needs replay value thanks!

I guess the questions are, how many people do you have, and are you looking for a full-on murder mystery game or something more like Crack The Case?

Pete (thinks CtC and standard murder mysteries are at polar opposite ends of the spectrum)

Games closer to crack the case and mysterium( never played it, is it good?). I can have around 3 to 7 players. something with critical thinking would be nice.

If you have 6-8 or so players, Deception: Murder in Hong Kong. It really needs 8 for the additional roles to kick in.

You want Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective: The Thames Murders & Other Cases. It's the only game I know where you feel like you are actually solving a murder mystery and not just playing a version of 20 questions.

If you like the style of Crack the Case though, I recommend Black Stories. It's basically Crack the Case, but more portable.

If you want something closer to Clue, I recommend Mystery of the Abbey. I prefer Mystery Express, but it's harder to come by.

Thanks for the link. New users like me aren't likely to know about 'old' geek lists unless they're mentioned in 'new' threads.

Of course, 'new' threads give us the chance to share new information and new opinions!
