Hi All:

Did any of you ever home-brew an M-1 Abrams counter for MechWar 2? Curious how you may have rated it if so. Was one ever published in any of the magazines that reviewed the game?

Thanks!

Hey, Nadir . . .

I have had this info for a long time, but put it together in a more presentable format.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you created this, nor that it is exceptional in form and content, Mark! Bravo!! (and thanks!!)

Why were we not in the movie?

I'm way late for the party but I just picked up this game at an antique store of all places at a great price. Any chance we could get a T-80 counter? When this game came out I don't think NATO realized it was a different tank.

Thanks

One other question for those in the know. Was the PT-76 no longer in use by 1979?

Ah, I found suggested stats for a T80 on Comsimworld. I will post a counter here myself when it's ready.

I believe it may have only been in use by Soviet Marines by that time, but in all likelihood lower-quality follow-on divisions may have still used them, too.
