So I recently printed up Dungeon Delver (a solo PNP). My kiddos (5&7) love rolling dice and beating monsters, but I can tell they want more. I'm trying to decide between Dragonwood and the latest Dungeon!

Any thoughts? Any others? What's your vote?

me and my fiancé always play dragonwood with her little sister when she comes over(she is 10) and she loves the game. I have not played Dungeon! but always recommend dragonwood to people who want to play games with their children.

If you are into PnP, take a look at:

Smash Monster Rampage
Crush Monster Rampage

Perhaps a lot of printing required, but the kids may like it.

Dungeon! is a lot of fun ... Simple, fast and the essence of exploring a map, bashing monsters and taking their stuff. Can get a bit stale when you're ready for something less random and more RPG-lite-esque for "loot & leveling".

I've only played Dragonwood once, but it's definitely not a dungeon crawler, in case maps & pawns matter. It's easy and fun though.

They love chucking dice?

In that case you should totally introduce them to RPGS!

Hero Kids and Dungeon Squad! (as well as Advanced Dungeon Squad) springs to mind.

Kind regards,
Kai

Do they own any LEGO?

If they do, check out the Brick Wars family.

King of Tokyo?

I always loved HeroQuest when I was younger if you could find a copy?
