To be clear-there is no Lair in Scenario 3 and Snak starts in the shadows? We had him in the regular lair area on the table thinking he would engage us at some point, then realizing he would not, tried to figure out how to attack him. If he starts in the shadows or engaged, that's infinitely easier!

Also-Warpstone. We drew it this time and too sickened so is it resolved, shuffled back in this scenario, or just goes back in for he next quest?

Snak Kraggle in quest 3 and the Abomination in quest 4 start in the shadow zone as described in the quest setup.

Warp Stone: You will always get the sickened condition but if you also exhaust an action you may discard this card and retreat peril by 2.
Otherwise if you do not exhaust an action, you will shuffle the card back into the dungeon deck togehther with the top 3 cards on put hose 4 cards on top of the deck.
If you travel and the Warp Stone is in the discard pile, you will shuffle the card together with the top 3 cards of the dungeon deck and put those 4 cards on top of it.
If you lose the quest, the Warp Stone will be part of the campaign pool and replace 1 of the other 12 cards of the dungeon deck in future quests.

No problem, good luck catching this ugly orc.
Most people here think it is the hardest quest, me as well^^

Warpstone only does the -2 peril on Quest 2.

The only reason that it is added to the campaign pool, is to annoy you for loosing, and wasting a slot that could be useful.
