I guess I am a "Johnny Come Lately" to this game, but I have always enjoyed Origins of World War II. I have a question about THIS game, regarding Diplomatic Attacks. The rules state that a player may make only ONE Diplomatic Attack per turn. Is this one attack in total, or simply one per area? It seems that with so few attacks over the entire game, achieving victory points would be incredibly difficult...by being limited mainly to placing PF's...without "forcing the issue." And with so few Diplomatic Attacks...does the game adequately simulate the political tensions that led up to the actual war. Thoughts?

One attack total. It works quite well.
