Hello to everybody!
There are news on the Lookout Games Homepage about The Colonist.
Today I'm very busy. But if I have the time I will translate the text in english if some people wish to do so. But you can see 2 pictures of the illustrations of Klemens Franz (and of course of the box cover which is already on bgg).
EDIT: edited the link, so you don't have to look through the whole lookout games website.

so here is my translation of the text mentioned above on the lookout games homepage. I know my english is not perfect. But it should be enough that you can understand the content
Note: The translated text is in blue.
You got the task from the emperor, to build a township to bring it to prosperity. You delegate your custodian to build dwellings so people will come to your township to live there.
But this is not enough - you have to have workplaces for your residents! So you have to build buildings where they can work. Therefore you need building materials, which can you get from your custodian or you produce them with your new residents.
Over the time the task in your township will grow and get more complex and elaborate. You have to educate your residents for this. At the beginning you only have farmers but gradually you the will become citizens and later maybe merchants.
Also you have to the task to get the support of mighty guilds and the church or universities. To do so you have to build branches of them in your township. And with all that you can get faster to prosperity than your opponents...
(HERE ARE THE TWO PICTURES)
First designs of Klemens for the colonists.
The 19th century had changed the life in the villages and cities very strong. The industrialization and the job specialization leads to emphases of every city. Build your own village and choose for your own, how to it develops. The colonists, the first game of Tim Puls, is a strategy and economy game, which can be customized. You can play a full campaign over several hours or a fast game over only one age which only lasts one hour. The players choose the length and complexity for their own. If you want, you can "save" you game, if the game last over several campaigns and you can resume whenever you want. The players play over a common game board, which will grow over the time. So you get new possibilities. You goal is to build up you own township and to employ your workers because you get victory points for this. With dozens of various buildings, 9 specializations and many research cards you will get many possibilities to optimize your strategy.
If you get curious you can watch a video (Live-stream of Hunter&Cron BerlinCon2016) of the prototype (around minute 15). See https://www.twitch.tv/hunterundcron/v/78533445
If you are interested in the content (mechanics of the game) of the live stream video I also summarized the content in the following thread: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/1607191/more-infos-abou...
Meanwhile Hunter&Cron posted their live stream video about The Colonists on youtube. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sViHeiKBIiA
