I have Battlelore and Memoir'44, could anyone tell me how does BoW compare in terms of number of hexes and hex size (i.e. is terrain compatible)?

I'm 99% sure the hexes are 2" hexes, meaning the terrain hex tiles are interchangeable

The Board comes in 2 configurations A & B

Board A is 15 hexes wide by 11 deep.

Board B is 10 hexes wide by 15 deep.

I can confirm hexes are of the same size.

I assume you're talking about battlelore? As Memoir has smaller hexes...

Correct. As far as I can tell, Battleore Hex = BoW Hex > Memoir Hex BUT the difference between the latter is tiny. Of the order of a millimeter maybe. In fact I'm considering playing BoW on Memoir breakthrough map... but that's OT.

Here's a Geeklist I made for this very purpose: Dimensions of Generic Hexagonal Wargames

The hex sizes of most Commands & Colors games, including Battles of Westeros, are around 53-55mm. The terrain should be compatible. Samurai Battles and The Great War use slightly larger 60mm hexes. BattleLore second edition hexes are are 70mm.
