I keep the small buildings in one big bag. I havery a bag for the tycoon cards, claim cards, and citizen/outlaw cards. I left the other pieces in the bags they come in. I have the larger buildings in stacks and do my best to put them back in the box as organized as possible. I hope someone has a better method.

When packing a game, I strive to do it in such a way as to make setup as quick as possible. To that end, I always try to place everything a player needs all in one bag, if possible. That way when I pull out the game, I ask what color a player wants, and then give him the bag and they have all the components they need. For this game, each player bag contains the 2 meeples, the starting saloon tile of that color, 3 gold nuggets, and a reference card.

As for everything else, I currently stack the large tiles flat in the box with the small tiles stacked on their side filling in the rest of the space in the compartment with the large tiles. I do the same thing with the roof tiles in another compartment. The cards all fit stacked in a different compartment (I have not yet sleeved them). The bags of supply cubes and gold nuggets fit in another compartment. This seems to work fine so far.
