The card game won't be out for a few months by the looks of things, so you can always save up for it later.

Yeah, perhaps both is a good choice. Mostly I wanted to help get the word out. I went to the FFG page to read more about MM and saw the new game just announced.


But still, though I can probably afford both, realistically only one will have a shot at keeping its place on my gaming table, and they seem at first glance to be a bit of an "apples and oranges" comparison. I would imagine MM tells a richer story, while the card game is probably more tactical, though who knows at this point? And which one will have the best overall combination of tactics and immersion?

I was about to pull the trigger on MM now that a few positive reviews have come in, but now I may just wait until the rule book for the card game is released. Here's hoping it's soon.
