Does anyone know why that site only features a handful of the C&C games?

http://www.commandsandcolors.net/

by handful you mean
C&C Ancients
C&C Napoleonics
Samurai Battles
The Great War
BattleCry

However, the main reasons would be that
1. It is a personal website established and maintained by Alessandro Crespi at his own expense. He does ask for donations from time to time, and I hope if you find the site useful, you can chip in.

2. The website represents the games he is interested in.

3. The website can only feature the games that the publishers allow the reproduction of their copyright material.
To date those publishers are;
GMT
Zvezda
PSC Games
Hasbro

the notable exception is Fantasy Flight, who own BattleLore, BattleLore 2 and Battles of Westeros.

When Days of Wonder published BattleLore, a different website supported that game
http://www.battleloremaster.com/

Once FFG bought the game, it seemed to wither.

Yes, those 5 would make a handful. Leaving out Memoir 44, Battlelore, Abaddon.

Thanks for the more detailed explanation though.

I challenge you to pick up that lot in one hand, by my count it is 17 boxes including Expansions
