Hoping someone can help me find an old game that I played a few times about 15 yrs ago. It came with an actual book that lead you in different directions of play.

A few more details might help:

Did the game have a board? What did it look like? How big was it?
Were there cards? Did you have a hand of cards? Were there a bunch of cards laid out on the table? What did the cards look like?
Were there dice?
Were there figurines or miniatures of some kind?
When you say "adventure", what kind of adventure do you mean? Was it more Indiana Jones or Lord of the Rings?
What country did you play this game in? What language was it written in?
How big was the box? What color was it?
How long did the game take to play: minutes, hours, or days?

Literally *any* actual details would help.

Was there art? What did it look like?
What Genre was it? Fantasy? Medieval? Sci-Fi? Mid 80's?
Was there a protagonist in the book? What was their name, or gender, profession, notable equipment...

or literally any other salient point?

I'm voting for the entire Choose Your Own Adventure series. And knockoffs.

I loved the Which Way books. There was also a series that was more like solo-RPG, you kept track of character stats on paper and used dice, etc. Had a couple of those and I seem to remember enjoying them.

As far as I am concerned. This person registered on BGG, this was their first post, and they have not posted again. The Op was 3&1/2 days ago... so it's a coin toss whether they are going to come back again (and actually find the posting that they made).
