We just tried this out, and I know that there is a new edition (May 1st), but have the full rules changes/errata been decided and posted in a single place, so that we can try the game with them?

You probably won't see the reprint of GtR until June/July or later. There has been a delay in the reprinting. Other than that, I can tell you that the Staircase card is different and they also added a Vomitorium card. There may be one or two other cards that were changed in some way. The player camp cards have also been enlarged, enhanced and are more functional. If you need more details on the updated cards, contact Ed Carter from CGF (username: cambridgegames).
