There are 10 kinds of people who understand binary: Those who do, and those who don't.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead, from the new TV series Braindead, totally does it for me.

There's only 20 some years between our ages.

Who or what is one of those, and why do you want it liquidized in a bottle?

You can't rob Peter, Paul and Mary to pay yourself.

She was terrific in Scott Pilgrim and 10 Cloverfield Lane.

I had no idea who she was, did a google image search...so torn between phoshopping some pinup-style posters of her for you, and the desire to avoid being one of those jerks on the internet who disrespect women by using their images without consent...

Aaaand laziness tipped the scale towards not doing it and being a decent person. Yay laziness!

That's that chick that does the interviews for BGG TV at GenCon.

That is the extent of my knowledge about said person.

Thinking, there was a girl covering a con in Europe in 2014(?) who was really attractive as well.

It's one thing to publicly discuss a crush on a movie or television star, who in all likelihood will never know or care, and probably expects that type of thing. It's really weird though to post on BGG about your crush on one of the BGG interviewers knowing that there's a high chance she'll probably see it.

Best case scenario, she's flattered. But more likely she's just doing something that she enjoys and didn't go looking for, or particularly want, random dudes sizing her up based on her romantic or sexual potential.

This feels a little skeezy... like the creepy guy who shows up at a board game store and starts hitting on the ladies who just came to play games.

Point taken - no harm was intended. I probably should have said "fan of" or similar. I don't want this to cause any distress, so I will own my mistake and ask the mods to remove the thread.

My apologies.

Whos freaking out? And when was there ever a time "when people didn't freak out about things and just let things be what they are."?

Bryan's post called out the OP and got 10 thumbs. I'll say before the internet happened. Heaven forbid someone likes/is a fan of other person on the internet.

Those days never existed. There's a difference between peace and quiet. Try asking Jodie Foster how she feels about anonymous crushes. Or better yet, don't ask her.

I thought she was most famous for being on the Roll for the Galaxy promo tile!

Having spent some time with Beth at game cons, I don't think she'd be offended by the OP. She's a lot of fun and has wicked sense of humor.

"Fan of" might be better phraseology, though. Totally different connotations.
