2 cards are missing from my copy and while I have contacted Hurrican Games 20 days ago, I have received no answer. Does anyone have experience with Hurrican Games customer service before?

I have no experience but if you know what 2 cards you are missing I'm willing to scan them for you so you can use a proxy in the mean time

Hurrican replied on August 10 that they have sent me the cards but I haven't received anything until now. I hope I will receive them soon. In the meantime, if you can help me with your scans, the cards I am missing are no.15 and no.53. Thank you very much!

A quick update: They told me that the envelope returned back as my address is incorrect and they did not answer again in my emails. (my address is correct of course). As I see it, they are not willing to correct their mistake

Same problem here. My copy has only 46 meeple in stead of 48. Sent e-mail, but no answer yet....

Problem solved!

I asked a geekbuddy of mine who was in Essen to go to the Hurrican-booth and ask for two replacement-meeple/legions. He got them instantly!

I hope you will get your missing cards eventually!

Still no answer.. I did not think of Essen! Damn! Seems like the worst customer service ever for me

i'm glad i could resolve it in Essen,because i still haven't got an answer on my (three) mails.....

You're in the EU. If the publisher isn't replying promptly, you have lots of customer protection laws on your side. If you bought it online you can always return the product for a refund no questions asked within 14 days of purchase. All vendors are also responsible for replacing any defective goods under the mandatory two year warranty.
