What size are the new square cards? The same as the key cards? Are there sleeves available that will fit these?

That's going to be a lot of sleeves. I sleeve most of my games but codenames is so inexpensive and I play it with so many different types of people (including board game etiquette novices that bend your cards and break the cardboard tiles) that I just said screw it and bought an extra copy after the first wave of damage. It's regularly on sale here and about the same price as two packs of sleeves.

Yeah. It's not like you even need to shuffle the deck after every play so there's very little wear on the cards. And they're not hidden info so any marks on them aren't an issue gameplay-wise.

My Codenames cards have already been saved once from a sticky table thanks to sleeves.

Just checked, they're the same size as the original's key cards. Tried the FFG blue (70x70mm) sleeves, but those are a bit too large.

Also, it's worth noting that these cards have a linen finish. Seems they've gone the extra mile to make the game higher quality.

Brilliant, thanks! FFG in every size tend to be a bit too large, I assume Maydays will fit them just fine.

Thank you, this was what I was looking for too. How about number of picture cards? Can't find a components list anywhere

The Codenames website (http://czechgames.com/en/codenames-pictures/components/) says there are 140 pictures cards plus 60 key cards. Can anyone confirm which it is?

Edit: I found a picture of the back of the box and it too says 140 cards, so I'm fairly certain that's it. If the size of 67 x 67 is accurate then going with any of the 70 x 70 size sleeves out there should work for them.

The key cards may not be the same size as the picture cards. They were different for original game. Some people use a grid phone app (we use a marble grid shaker) anyhow to have a truly random grid setup.

For those who are still looking for info regarding the Key cards..
I just measured them, and they are 75mm x 58mm.

Compared to the picture cards that are 67mm x 67mm.

I use swan panasia sleeves for Civilization and they are a perfect fit for picture cards https://www.swanpanasiasleeves.com/products/swan-card-sleeve...

For the codes cards, I used mayday chimera, if a lot of extra space
