The game description says;

Quote:
Your journey through Charterstone’s many secrets will last 20 games, but it doesn’t end there. Your completed village will be a fully-functional worker-placement game with plenty of variability.

Is there any information on how different the end states of different copies of the game will be?

After two different groups have played their 20 games, do they have the same game with only cosmetic differences based on the order additional action points were added to the game, giving different locations for the stickers?

Do the games vary a little with say different powers groups with different characters, or some action spot option changes?

Or can the two groups end up with such wildly different games that playing that game 21 at a new group's house will leave you scratching your head in befuddlement?

Since there already is talk about trading boards with others, my only guess is that the games will be similar enough to still be recognized as Charteretone but different enough to warrant a new gaming experience.
